Follow this simple advice for your perfect painting:
Ordering your very own comission is so easy. All that I require is at least one good quality photo. It is very important that the photo is very clear, and that the subject is in the pose that you want painted. Make sure any head shots have clear eyes and as much detail as possible, and that they are not looking straight at you- remember, I can only paint what I see, so give me as much information as you can. Ideally, If you live within a reasonable distance, I would like to see the animal, but this is often not possible. The best thing to do is email me a photo first, I can then tell you if it is suitable or not.

Next, I will ask for a small deposit. If I am unable to achieve a good likeness, I will refund the deposit. Once the painting is completed, I will email a photo of it to you, and if you are happy, delivery or collection can be made with the final payment.
Please allow a couple of weeks for a completed painting, however this can be longer depending on how busy I am.

I can use a professional framer or off the shelf- Murain frames offer a great selection of made to measure frames for all budgets. I find that made to measure frames compliment the paintings beautifully. Alternatively, I do have a selection of frames here which come in a few basic colours, they are really nice quality and provided the picture isnt an unusall shape, they look great.

if you would like a professional photographer to take some photos, I recommend Andrew Brenton from Bridgend. He is happy to travel within a 100 mile radius from his home, and you can be assured that he knows what poses look the best- Its really worth while doing this, the better the photo, the better the painting! His web site is - take a look and get inspired!

Once a comission has been approved via email (A painting or piece of textile work) and paid for, the item is none refundable or exchangeable.

This does not apply to items purchased from the selection which I have made already and are for sale on this website.
